Price of hiring and indications of stays

General conditions

Minimum stay                                   
1 week from Saturday to Saturday. Shorter stays upon request
The price includes                       
Linen and towels (1 ge/week), cold water, final cleaning, taxes
Advance          
Non-refundable deposit of 30% of the rental paid on booking. Balance paid cash upon arrival.
Cancellation          
If the Renter cancels all or any part of the booking, the Owner is entitled the deposit of 30%.
Services added to you

Bed linen provided, towels provided, cleaning service available, washing machines at the disposal of all tenants, bikes for hire, alarm, airport transport upon demand.
ADVERTISING
Domestic animals are admitted.
A parking for the cars is available.
How to book your stay in Eutopia:

1. choose the accommodation you prefer: Iris, Pervinca, Solaria or Malva
2. send an email with the chosen accommodation and period of stay
3. we will send you an email with the availability for the chosen period
4. in case of availability you shall confirm your booking and make a payment of 30% of total cost by bank transfer.

The settlement of 70% will be paid cash at the arrival.
